We regret to inform you of the passing of Vickie M. Dowell which occurred on February 5, 2018.  Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Claude J. Edney Memorial Chapel.  Viewing will be held from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the chapel. Interment is private.
