We regret to inform you of the passing of Richard C. Milburne, Sr which occurred on February 27, 2016. Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016 2pm at the Claude J. Edney Memorial Chapel 634 Sharon Ave. Darby Township, PA. Viewing will be from 12pm-2pm at chapel. Interment private.
